DEPOSIT
The booking will be considered firm only with a credit card number as guarantee : the User is supposed to enter all the required credit card details : number, expiry date, security number at the back of the card.
The deposit equals 3 nights for a stay lower or equal than 3 nights & for 3 nights too for a stay more than 3 nights.

CANCELLATION
The credit card will be charged of the full price for a stay of less than 3 nights & 3 nights for a stay of more than 3 nights*), in case of a cancellation with less than 6 days notice.
If a guest cancels a booking without notice, that is to say on the starting date of the service, the full price will be charged*.

* In these cases the manager reserves the right to debit the card.

EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure without notice 24 hours before the ending date of the service, penalties equal to the full stay will be charged.

LATE ARRIVAL
Please notify the hotel if you arrive late (after 7.p.m.)

DEPARTURE
On departure, guests must vacate their rooms by no later than 11 a.m.

ARRIVAL
We will do our best to ensure that your room be ready as soon as possible, but that can not be done before 3 p.m.

RECEPTION
Reception is open from 7 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. during the week, and from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. at the week-end.
